Whilst we endeavour to ensure the highest quality of all of our products, if you do find that there is an issue with a product you have ordered please get in touch with us and we will send you a like-for-like replacement within 3 – 5 working days.
We aim to ship all orders the same day they are received.
We offer next day delivery on all orders placed before 12pm on products that require bespoke soldering.
For all other orders, we offer next day delivery if the order is placed before 3pm.
If an order is placed after this cut-off time, it will be posted the next day.
